Would you help to have a deep review the issue and the more rich logs Oliver
provided on the comment#3. Do we have any chance to see the issue in a virtual
machine?

As I remember, it may be worthy of mentioning that openqa is using "hostapd" to
simulate wifi device for the NetworkManager wireless connection testing.
