For now, you can do: sudo ln -s /usr/lib64/lxqt-config/liblxqt-config-cursor.so /usr/lib64/liblxqt-config-cursor.so To correct the issue locally. A fix is being worked on, but might not hit the repos for a bit to correct this, as I'm out of practice with packaging, and I'm not fully certain if my fix is Factory kosher or not.
