Comment # 24 on bug 968877 from Marcelo Borro

The downgrade worked well for me on 17 machines.  Just had to add the lang
package.  So the command line was 
`zypper in -f libKF5KDELibs4Support5-5.16.0-3.6 libKF5XmlGui5-5.16.0-3.1
libQt5Gui5-5.5.1-4.1 libKF5XmlGui5-lang-5.16.0-3.1.noarch`
