proposed patch to not keep tmp files "showing what we would do"

OK, this happens when something tweaks our destination file directly instead
to send things via netconfig... Does the patch fix the problem for you?

Note, you need "ls -1 /var/run/ntp/.servers-netconfig.* | wc -l" now.
