Steps to reproduce: 1) open terminal 2) launch $ xdg-open /usr/share/applications/org.kde.dolphin.desktop 3) notice that the app does not launch, but from now some process get spawned every 0.5 seconds, and the plasma task manager get overloaded with new tasks.
