Comment # 13 on bug 1035802 from Michael Schr�der

We had that list in openSUSE-11, it turned out to be a bad idea. The problem
was that this list is not transparent to the user and keeps growing; people
start complaining that packages don't get installed. So we decided to scrap it.

(As Fedora's DNF uses the same solver as we do, it also shows the same
behavior.)
