Ok this was quite time extensive for me. But i hope this is the information you
need i was just specifically looking for the error message on topic:

Results from my ext4 LVM setup Leap using the provided fixes in mentioned repo:

1. Three times reboot: 
Completed without such error message, using that BSC repo.

2. Three times 'shutdown -h now': 
Also without mentioned error message.

3. And 1x shutdown and 1x reboot after the Notebook resumed from suspend to
disk:
Also fine here. No such error.

In all three test cases just the warning from dracut about killing remaining
processes.

Will now move back to prior system package configuration and remove the repo.
Seems to work fine as intended on my system configuration.
