I am not sure where to open this ticket, but since I see this in KDE, I raise it in the KDE apps, although I know this is not related to KDE itself. So signond consumes an absurd amount of RAM. I just restarted the daemon because it consumed >9GB RAM (!!!). After the restart, in less than 5 minutes consumes already 1.4GB. This is not exclusive to Thumbleweed, but I have seen it on my Fedora 36 as well. If you need more information, I would be more than happy to help.
