Comment # 12 on bug 1163081 from ray herman

I made a mistake in comment #11.

I had selected the first partition on the flash drive instead of the second
partition.  When the correct partition is chosen the local USB repository works
correctly.  

The only problem here is the installer creating a bad URI.
