Well, according to my limited arithmetic skills, "153" is larger than "2" so
there is no need to install this patch.

One effect is that on Xfce desktop using package-update-indicator no update
notification is present.

"zypper patch" offers to install this patch and pretends to install it but this
results in even more inconsistent state
