Thunderbird 38.1.0 shows a file-not-found page for chrome://messenger/content/am-newsblog.xul when selecting a "Blogs & News-Feeds" account in the account settings dialog, or when selecting the equivalent option from that account's overview page. Its sub-item for storage in the left-hand menu can be displayed okay. Expected would be no such error page for the main item. The actual feeds can be administered through a separate dialog and are thus unaffected.
