Comment # 3 on bug 1201371 from David Anes

Seems quite a few tests require a multicore CPU and they aren't working on
single-core machines. Upstream won't fix this, so closing as wontfix. Also, it
only happens on specific scenarios/archs (not even that, it doesnt' even
happen, so probably tests have race condition issues).
