Yes, it's a regression. I just checked with the kernel from 15.3. I installed
only the kernel packages, Nvidia drivers and util-linux to satisfy the kernel
dependency. Everything else on the machine is 15.5 with all updates.

kernel-default-5.3.18-57.3.x86_64

The bluetooth headphone does not disconnect anymore, it works reliably.
