from blender.org works on the same system.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Blender from YaST
2. Launch Blender
3. Go to settings > System
Actual Results:  
There is no OptiX tab in settings and no way to render with optix

Expected Results:  
OptiX is recognized just like on the standalone version
