For the non-balance related issues, automatic removal of unused block group not working and a BUG_ON/crash when deleting a block group, I've sent the changes upstream today: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.file-systems.btrfs/50150 We'll get them to sle12/leap/opensuse soon.
