Kernel 4.20 is no longer compatible with nvidia driver kernel "sources" 390.87 (G04). Just created a patch, which fixes the build of these sources against Kernel 4.20. Will be fixed by the next update of NVIDIA's repository. In your case you can also switch to 410.93 (G05) driver packages, which doesn't suffer from this problem
