On general principle such intrusive additions shouldn't be implemented at all
in a system-wide file.  If they are, there should be facilities to prevent them
from getting defined in the first place, which is what this request is all
about.  Having to undo these things becomes a game of whack-a-mole when more
such "helpful" things are invented and I'd have to keep updating .csh.expert
for each such occurence.  I'd prefer to just place an empty file and be done
with that.
