See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418421 . Upstream switched to use gnudb.org by default recently, this change is already in Tumbleweed and Leap 15.2 as well. But I think we should do an update for Leap 15.1 too, also for the KDE4/Qt4 variant libkcddb4.
