here I can open URL ... e.g. https://www.gnu.org/gnu/thegnuproject.html

What I see from the pastbin ... thereare a lot of gone lisp functions which are
not part of GNU Emacs 27.1 anymore ... or you have to require/load them like
emacs-lisp/timer.el
