Then verified via VPN settings that automatic connection was checked. However, only the wired network does connect automatic during boot up, which is verified via the NM network icon menu at GDM login. After login to a Gnome session, the VPN does still not auto-connected. Have to connect i manual from the NM applet menu, and then VPN connect and gets its own separate icon. If VPN is not manually connected relative short time after login, an Administrator Authentiation is required. (On 42.3 Gnome there is a somewhat different behaviour, as neither wired Ethernet nor VPN auto-connect when VPN is configured to auto-connect. Manual connecting Ethernet here also does connect VPN, and they get one single, common icon). For checking some other issue, I had rebooted to the previous kernel (4.15.2-1-default) today. The drivers wouldn't load. For instance, the latest OpenLayers plugin version 1.4.1 fails to install with the message "The plugin is broken. Python said: cannot import name QGis". This happens because QGis class was renamed to Qgis. A temporary solution for an end-user would be to install the plugin, ignore the error message and replace all occurrences of QGis to Qgis in the files $HOME/.qgis-dev/python/plugins/openlayers_plugin/openlayers_plugin.py (6 occurrences) $HOME/.qgis-dev/python/plugins/openlayers_plugin/openlayers_layer.py (1 occurrence) $HOME/.qgis-dev/python/plugins/openlayers_plugin/weblayers/weblayer.py (2 occurrences) There are 9 occurrences altogether. A solution for plugin developers would be to catch ImportError on from qgis.core import QGis and import the class by its new name. Sounds on this Lenovo T430s notebook works just fine. Except when I plug in speakers or a headset, instead of switching off the internal speakers and activating that external audio -- silence. When I press the F10 key, QEMU will open the "Machine" menu - even in keyboard grabbing mode. At least in keyboard grabbing mode ALL keys should be sent to the VM and not handled as a hotkey within the QEMU window. Whats really needed is a simple setting like a checkbox on the Account Settings page that would suspend completely all sending and receiving for the account without losing the password, emails or other important data. this should prevent the account from doing any internet activity like contacting the server EVEN if the "Get all Messages" menu-button is used. In all cases it should just skip over that account if the checkbox is checked to disable it.
