[opensuse-boosters] handling tasks

Hi all. I an not sure yet how group tasks are coordinated. What I have noticed is that reports are delivered every Monday, but how is communication handled while working on open tasks? Are PMs/IRC query preferred or should this list be used (which may of course cause some traffic which is not relevant for everybody).
