Hey Guys,
I just talked to everybody about the team meeting last Monday, the new
milestone and the kick-off tomorrow. The result is that I really don't
want us to abandon the connect milestone yet.
We sat down and worked out a plan of what connect misses until its
usable by everyday openSUSE user. For that we have created around 30
stories in retro. From these stories we have finished a third, are
active one another third and have done nothing on the last third. So
instead of starting the next milestone I want us to work on the 20
stories that are still open and finish this milestone.
http://retro.opensuse.org/projects/boosters-work/milestones/12/sprints/25/s…
Here is how I want to spread those stories:
Henne: Frontpage Stuff (Sign Up form, About and Activity River)
Data migration from news.o.o
Announcement
Michal: My Bugs Widget
My Packages widget
Pavol: Polish Poll Results
IRC Cloaks
Email Aliases
Klaas: Joining a group should trigger events
Tom: Make navigation more prominent and useful
Rework group page
Default user widgets
Kill: Global project activity of friends widget
My News Article queue
Stuff around me widget
Coolo, Vincent, Will and Christopher should focus on their current
projects like the driver build and 11.4. Robert is away.
So if you don't have your ticket yet go to retro and take them. After we
have finished those I organize the kick-off for the next milestone.
Questions?

Hi,
What I did two weeks ago:
+ Hackweek: started some work on GNOME Plumbing
https://features.opensuse.org/311129
Not a lot to show yet, unfortunately.
+ Submitted 4 talks to RMLL (french event in July): gobject
introspection, "my first package", appstream, and one about how to
handle community discussions
+ Submitted 2 talks to Linuxtag (and tweaked Pavol's one about
appstream): GNOME 3, "more cross-distro work"
+ worked a bit on xdg-specs to merge some specs living in external git
repos
- importing a subpart of a git repo, with full history, in a
pre-existing git repo is fun :-)
What I did this week:
+ team meeting
+ mostly GNOME 3 work, working on merging branches done by other, and
porting some bits to gtk+ 3. Fixed bugs.
+ prepared a bit my talk for FOSDEM. I still don't have any slide,
though ;-)
+ leaving for FOSDEM really soon now
