again

[amber]
- I get plenty of random bug reports assigned from the
screening team. I don't worry about the bug reports I get
assigned because I know (most often) whom to reassign,
but I wonder about other people getting random bug reports
too and ignoring them
[green]
- some discussions around request review support in webui
- plenty of package fixes
- one strange bavarian holiday
- one FTO
