Just an update on this. Apparently, I'm getting a 'Grub' prompt when trying to boot off the SUSE CD or DVD. Seen that before somewhere, but not sure where or what to do next. Can't find any pertinent up-to-date installation documentation. At 15:59 21/04/2005 +0100, Gordon Smith said:

Hi. Just received my copy of 9.3 Professional. When I insert the first CD or DVD into my boot drive and boot the box, nothing is happening. I.E., it doesn't seem to be seeing my Alva Braille terminal. Am I missing something? I'm using a completely empty hard drive, so have no problem with experimenting. Perhaps a boot menu is popping up that I'm not seeing.
