[opensuse-autoinstall] How can I allow shutdown (hibernate,...) only for root? - openSUSE Autoinstall

      Hi all,
in my current autoyast configuration every user can shutdown (or 
hibernate) the installed computer.
How can I prevent this and restrict these operations to the root account?
