Hi,
Is there any document which describes the kernel parameters (eg: vnc=1) for an install kernel and a normal boot kernel. Also, is there any file on the system which will have these details ?

For generic Linux there's the bootparam(7) manpage, Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt in the kernel source tree, and the various documentation for individual drivers/components.
