HI,
I just ran into the same problem. During the installation it works fine, but the final module from update.tar.gz does not get copied to its position.
Does someone know where I can find a logfile for this, or could give a hint.
We are running on 8.2.
cheers frank

Dear list,
we have some machines that require a vendor supplied kernel module for
their RAID controller.
How could we integrate such a module into an autoyast installation?
P.S.: Bear with me if this has been asked before, but I was not able to find any _searchable_ archive of this list.
Take a look at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/hvogel/Update-Media-HOWTO/index.html
