Default installation encoding ISO-8895-1

      Hello,

I want to set the default encoding of the installation to ISO-8859-1.

I tried the following:

<language>de_DE.ISO-8859-1</language>

and 

<sysconfig config:type="list">

      RC_LANG
      /etc/sysconfig/language
      de_DE.ISO-8859-1

</sysconfig>

but the encoding is finally always set to "de_DE.UTF-8".

Any suggestions ?
