I respect Microsoft for finding those perfect pictures that makes the desktop alive without screwing the rest it should display.

I think we should use a photo as wallpaper for 11.3 (at least for KDE4). Without I don't think we can get the fuzzy SUSE-feeling back.
We're in a disagreement here. I'm not ruling out photos as a default wallpaper, but it needs to be low contrast, abstract motive like the 9.3 background you mention.
