[opensuse-artwork] Branding for Plasma 5.8
Hi everyone, Plasma 5.8 and its new designs of login, splash, logout and lock screens hit Krypton now. This of course broke our branding package: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/KDE:Unstable:Frameworks/plasma5-open... So, to fix this for Krypton and ultimatively also TW and Leap 42.2, I'm asking whether and how we would want to customize those. For now I will simply remove all patches in our branding as they don't apply anymore, to make Krypton build and work again. My "lazy" solution would be to replace the blue background with green.
