Ok, it is fixed in Factory RPM. But it is strange I still have this problem in repo linking to openSUSE:Factory:ARM

The OBS has its own understanding of how %arm is defined. unfortunately this fix is not yet deployed, so I've decided for a local hack in the prjconf instead, which *seems* to work so far.
