So far my test only means: It correctly boots and USB is working.
Maybe I find the time to test some more if needed. Please let me know
which parts received significant changes potentially breaking things
and I will try to test it.

I've got the Pi hooked up to a HDMI monitor, usb keyboard, and network
in addition to the serial terminal. I'm only using console login, no
GUI, and all of these function properly so far.
Just to be clear, I've installed the RPM on an already functioning
opensuse image. The Build299.3 from the Factory/Contrib repos does not
have your fixes yet, and won't boot at all.
