Hi
I used openSUSE Thumbleweed "openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-ultra96.aarch64-2019.04.25-Build6.30". It worked fine. But yesterday I ran "zipper up" and reboot this, I got the error below when booting up. [FAILED] Failed to start wicked DHCPv4 supplicant service. See 'systemctl status wickedd-dhcp4.service' for details. [FAILED] Failed to start wicked AutoIPv4 supplicant service. See 'systemctl status wickedd-auto4.service' for details. [FAILED] Failed to start wicked DHCPv6 supplicant service. See 'systemctl status wickedd-dhcp6.service' for details. Starting wicked network management service daemon... [ **] (2 of 2) A start job is running for.ervice daemon (1min 53s / 3min 7s) After this, wifi doesn't work. I checked the wifi router, this gave IP to Ultra96 board. But I run "ip a" and found no ipv4 address. : wlan0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc mq state UP group default qlen 1000 link/ether 20:c3:8f:8c:bf:f6 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff inet6 2001:240:2405:cbeb:6192:8bd:c571:ac43/64 scope global temporary dynamic valid_lft 604768sec preferred_lft 86180sec inet6 2001:240:2405:cbeb:22c3:8fff:fe8c:bff6/64 scope global dynamic mngtmpaddr valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever inet6 fe80::22c3:8fff:fe8c:bff6/64 scope link valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
Is this know bug? And is there any workaround for this?
Probably this bug: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1132774 Could you try to comment the following line (add a # at the beginning of the line): ExecStartPre=-/usr/bin/udevadm settle in '/usr/lib/systemd/system/wickedd.service' file to check if it workarounds the problem, please? Thanks, Guillaume
Best Regards.
Ryo
