I'm getting the error message on ARM builds:
326s] /usr/lib64/gcc/aarch64-suse-linux/7/../../../../aarch64-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lieee
That should be fixed now, tcl needed a rebuild.
libieee is part of glibc,
This is no longer true, it has been dropped due to being obsolete.
