[opensuse-arm] Update ARM configs

Hi, I would like to update the ARM configs (12.2 branch and factory) to match the latest sources version. Are there some config options you are missing? Is it OK if I enable Smartreflex (voltage adjustment) on OMAP for 12.2? (Already enabled on master branch).
