I tried to update one of my RPi4 boxes to Leap 15.4 today, but it seems there is no 'repo-oss' published at https://download.opensuse.org/ports/aarch64/distribution/leap/15.4/ .

Am I looking in the right place or is there something else going on?

You need to look at https://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.4/repo/oss/ Basically, just drop ports/aarch64/ from your URLs. Cheers, Guillaume
