The best thing to do is probably to open bug reports for each problem in order to track them separately and gather required info.
Once done, you can Cc me, and/or post here the links.
You can also open one bug to explain what you did by hand for audio so that we can figure out what needs to be updated in our image build.

Subject: Raspberry 400 end user
Hi,
Just wanted to know what is needed to have the rpi 400 as a complete desktop.
With the last snapshot (5.10 kernel) the sound is working (running by hand 'pulseaudio') but no bluetooth.
Also some video streaming is not working with Firefox.
