When started locally, the graphics are very bad like every second pixel missing. See x86_64.gif attached.
When installing the matching rasmol.i586.rpm on the x86_64 host, rasmol can be started remotely again and the graphics look nice, see i586.rpm.
So the errors must be caused by the x86_64 compilaton. They are indepentend from the graphics card and drivers (ati and nvidia tested).
Any ideas what's going on there? I wonder if it is a problem with the 64bit version of X and might hit us with more graphic programs in future, or if it is really just a rasmol specific bug.
