Dear list, I downloaded SuSE9.0 for AMD64. After a quick look, I noticed this does not contain some of tools, such as rwhod and ruptime. Is this omission intentional?

Yes, they were dropped from the distribution sometime before 9.0. The 8.2 src.rpm's will compile just fine though.
