Look at:

$ ls -al /dev/disk/by-path

That should show the pci to id mapping, e.g.

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 Mar 16 15:30 pci-0000:00:1f.2-ata-1 -> ../../sda
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Mar 16 15:30 pci-0000:00:1f.2-ata-1-part1 ->
