no rootmail

Should I raise a bug?

No. There is no bug, but a problem.

Send a mail to root with the 'mail' app, then see what the mail log says about

I just tried it in this partition (42.3) freshly installed and it works.

In my case, it is redirected to user "cer", because I ticked the box during
initial install.
