I found something here: http://pm-doc.sourceforge.net/doc/

I can call another instance of "procmail" from /etc/procmailrc:

/etc/procmailrc
# ... malware scanner etc.
:0 w
* ^X-Spam-Virus: Yes
| procmail -d malware

Please don't try this. It results in a fork bomb and you probably have
to reboot the PC.

Unfortunately I still have to prevent mail loops.

"procmail -d" does not allow a custom rcfile, so /etc/procmailrc will be
processed by "procmail -d" again. This causes the endless loop without
loop prevention.

From manual pageof procmail:

SYNOPSIS
procmail [-ptoY] [-f fromwhom]
[parameter=value | rcfile] ...
procmail [-toY] [-f fromwhom] [-a argument] ...
-d recipient ...
procmail [-ptY] -m [parameter=value] ... rcfile
[argument] ...
procmail [-toY] [-a argument] -z
procmail -v

Björn
