The DHCP servers I use such as 'dnsmasq' integrate with DNS.
(yes the big versions can do it too!)

You need to elaborate on what you mean by "integrate with DNS".

I assume it means that you get, automatically, a DNS server that knows
the name and address of all addresses the DHCP equivalent hands out. But
if there is no server with SLAAC, the answer is "no".
