ImportError: /usr/lib64/python2.7/lib-dynload/_ssl.so: undefined

This symbol exists in /lib64/libssl.so.1.0.0, which is included in the
package libopenssl1_0_0 on my system (oS Leap 42.1).

Only if i run this script with sudo, it worked fine.

$ sudo offlineimap

Where to change this behavior, make this python package can work with
normal user account.

Perhaps the permissions of /lib64/libssl.so.1.0.0 are incorrect?

thanks.
