With a Lenovo Yoga 3 there is a little button on side. It is very
small and most easily pressed with a straightened out paperclip.

To access the BIOS: Power-off laptop, then press that little button.
The laptop will power-up into bios mode.

That is probably the most unusual bios access method I've come across.
