also try booting with "vga=normal".

already did, I really think it's not that the problem

Okay - I just think the blank screen is very weird.

scrubbing RAM - that's quite early in the sequence. Hmm, how much
memory did you give to Dom0 ? The option is "dom0_mem=xxxM"

I did nothing, but install default with yast and reboot as instructed.
Where should I add this?

In grub somewhere, I guess YaST may already have done it. My line in
PXE looks like this:

append wessex/xen-4.4.3_08-38.1.gz dom0_mem=512M ---
wessex/vmlinuz-3.16.7-32-xen root=/dev/cciss/c0d0p1 noresume vga=normal
rootflags=rw,relatime --- wessex/initrd-3.16.7-32-xen

Maybe check out this page, it has some grub examples:

http://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Xen_Project_Best_Practices

there are two "kernel" lines in grub, multiboot and module (and none
"linux")

I think it must be the multiboot line.

yes, Dell Optiplex, 6Gb ram, 2 SSD (240Gb for xen install), seems much
more than necessary.

Yeah, 10G is more then plenty for the Dom0, but your guests will need
space too.
