[opensuse][13.1,13.2] rv17.0 firefox-esr and seamonkey 2.39 no longer can access https:// sites, while FF43 and esr38 can
TW and 42.1 work OK, but not 13.1 or 13.2. Is this already known about? Is
there some pref that needs to be changed? I don't see an open bug:
