You can't, as John asks, determine the time each specific one runs at.
You can only set the time that cron.{daily,weekly,monthly} runs at, and
that to 15 minute granularity.

You can't, as is possible with both the real cron and with the systemd
timer, run something "only on Monday" or "not on weekends" or "on the
last Friday of the month".
