I just installed 13.2 (not upgraded) and it asked from the beginning for
network and did accept wifi - no problem

Installing, maybe. But you need to be an expert to set up the wifi. We
are upgrading in this thread.

It should absolutely not be necessary to be an expert to set up the wi-fi.
