- subsequent to doing "zypper dup" [TW] last night , it is not
possible to Open any file with LibreOffice.

In /var/log/messages i see :

Very nice to tell us. Is it possible for you to tell us which release of
openSUSE you're using, which version of LibreOfiice and where you
installed it from?

BTW, "zypper dup" ist quite good in bringing together an unstable
system. Use "zypper up", it will at least pull the packages from the
same repos every time.

- as a temp work-around have installed Apache OpenOffice4 : it opens
files ok :)
Extremely helpful information, thank you.
